Before opening fully there’s lots of things we need to test and we can’t do it on our own. – that’s where you’ll come in! Led by our staff we’ll need your help to practice various scenarios that you probably don’t think about during a trip to the theatre.

These will include things like, a fire drill and full evacuation with people with all levels of mobility; utilising the stair cases and lifts to help us manage how people flow through the building, being a test cafe customer, picking up an ice cream from our ushers, helping our box office team get used to selling and ueuing at the box office, and perhaps most importantly but slightly silly – flushing all the loos!

Ahead of your event you’ll receive a pre show email that will give further details on everything that we will run through during your event. Each will run slightly differently to test certain things. There will also be staff on the day directing you and announcements will be made throughout. We’ll all essentially be one BIG team for a few hours!
